Lying down on your back, bend your knees and clasp your knees with the help of both your hands and take your feet off the floor.
Then breathing in through the nose, move your folded legs to the left hand side, so as to allow the left side of your left thigh to touch the floor on the left side, simultaneously moving your head to the right side. Pause for a while there and exhaling, bring your folded legs to the right side on the floor, the head moving simultaneously to the left side.
This formulates one round of Uthit Jaanu – chalana. Repeat complete exercise at least 10 times first week and increase it to 20 times in next two week.
Quite useful in removing wrinkles from the neck.
Effective to knock off undesirable layers of fat from the abdomen, lower back & from under the shoulder blades.
Besides these benefits, it is indeed very useful exercise for making your back trouble free.
