Sit in Vajrasana. Keep your knees slightly apart, bend forward and place your forehead on the ground, stretching your arms straight in front of you (keeping your hands comfortably apart) stay there for a few seconds, breathing in and out deeply.
This asana relaxes your back, abdomen and all the organs housed under it, alleviating back ache, sciatica, indigestion and gastritis etc.
Use soft rug under your knees and feet. Do not practice this exercise if you have excruciating pain in the back, neck or head.
