If I tell you that there is one solution that can cure all of your problems, would you believe me? If there is one solution that can cure the day to day arguments with your boss, tensions, restlessness, lack of concentration, anxiety, anger issues, unhealthy lifestyle, no inner peace of mind and give you a fresh mind to start every day, don’t you think that would be the ultimate solution to most of your problems.
The major issue with us humans is that we carry yesterday’s baggage to a whole new day and what we forget to understand is that every new day is like a new destination waiting to be explored! We just need to clear the baggage so that we have enough space to pack more luggage for a whole new Trip.
The solution here I am talking about is ‘Meditation’. The meaning of meditation is to focus one’s mind for a period of time, in silence or with the aid of chanting, for religious or spiritual purposes or as a method of relaxation.
Meditation is very important for humans and should be incorporated into one’s lifestyle! Just like your body, your mind needs detoxification and how can you get that? Just meditate for 10 minutes as part of your daily routine and you shall see the difference in your thinking, in your understanding of things, your environment, to accumulate I would say your life! You will see the changes for the better. You shall understand what holds importance in your life and what you should let go for the good.

How to Meditate:
It’s not rocket science. You just have to concentrate. Start small, just with 10 minutes daily and in no time you will master it.
Always make sure the place you choose for meditating should be a quiet and peaceful place, it is one of the most important aspect of meditating.
It is very easy to lose concentration when you are starting to meditate so there are two methods you can use to prevent your concentration from breaking:
Sound Meditation: The most popular type of meditation is using ‘om’, Keep on stretching the word till the time you can. This is very effective for keeping the concentration.
Focus on your breath: This can take some time to get perfect. While meditating you need a focus point. In sound meditation, it was ‘om’ and in this, it will be your breath. Just focus on your breath ins and breath outs…
4. Don’t be to rough on yourself if you lose concentration initially when you start. Just do it from all your heart and it will happen.
5. Consistency is important. Keep it in mind that whatever you do in life, it should be consistent and it shall show you the results, if you do it on and off and let your mood decide it, it will be of no good. It should be a regular habit, just like bathing and brushing.
